11th June 2008 - Alexander Samuel LLP has continued to set new records in client settlements in 2007/2008
Below is a summary of the largest settlements achieved:-

February 2007 - £550,000 awarded to client for injuries and losses sustained in a motorcycle accident

October 2007 - £145,000 awarded to client for injuries sustained in an ‘occupiers liability’ case

December 2007 - £524,581.48 awarded to client for losses sustained in a serious road traffic accident

May 2008 £70,000 – awarded to client for injuries sustained in a road traffic accident

9th June 2008 – Neil Beck, CEO of Alexander Samuel LLP, announced today the appointment of Lisa Wilson and Dimple Dhaliah. Ms Wilson and Ms Dhaliah are both qualified solicitors, who will be working in the ‘Personal Injury’ department of the firm.

1st June 2008 – Alexander Samuel LLP are pleased to announce the appointment of Ullakarin Hjalmarsson-Clark as a partner in the newly formed LLP. Mrs Hjalmarsson-Clark is an active member of the Swedish Bar Association and European Lawyer.

31st May 2008 – Steve Molloy, the Marketing Manager of Alexander Samuel LLP announced that ‘As from 1st June 2008 Alexander Samuel & Co will be incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership or LLP. The firm will now be known as ‘Alexander Samuel LLP’.

Jan 07 - Alexander Samuel & Co. recently organised a seminar for 40 of their clients to advise them of the changes in the Claims Management industry and the new 'Claims Management Regulation' process. The seminar was held at the Soho Suite in Central London and was presented by Neil Beck, CEO, and Steve Molloy, Marketing Manager of the London based law firm. Steve Molloy stated 'The seminar was an overwhelming success, and the feedback received from the delegates was greatly appreciated. We felt it was our responsibility to educate our customer base and to give them every opportunity to succeed through the application process.'

Feb 06 - Neil Beck, CEO of Alexander Samuel & Co. Solicitors, has been appointed Editor-In-Chief of Claims Management, a newly launched information sharing publication for the personal injury claims industry.
